Initiating a chargeback without prior contact with Subscrotv’s support team is considered a breach of this policy. We will suspend or terminate accounts found violating this term, revoke all licenses, and may pursue legal action.
5. Resolution Timeline
Subscrotv is committed to reviewing all refund claims within 5 business days of submission. Valid refund claims will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
